Alternative Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, the customer may resort to an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as the Centre for Information, Mediation, and Arbitration of Consumer Conflicts – Faro (CIMAAL).

Jurisdiction

To resolve any disputes arising from the agreed conditions, the competent court is the district court of Faro.
